So far, for three-roller mills, I'm leaning towards the Malt Muncher from MoreBeer. Has the 12lb (I think) hopper, and seems to be fairly well-built. Nothing on Amazon compares to it (bought my first mill, the Ferroday cheapie, from there and it lasted less than 2 years). I'm planning to run it with a dedicated variable-speed corded drill.
